Group coaching’s focus is on each participant achieving personal and professional growth (development) through the support of a group. It does this by facilitating a challenging dialogue in a safe and encouraging environment. Our Group coaching approach is grounded in core coaching principles, capitalising on elements of individual coaching and expanding them into this small group format.
